Our popular "Crab Cake" is now available in a hearty burger style. This crab cake, generously made with blue crab known for its sweetness and rich flavor, is paired with three kinds of fresh vegetables and our homemade tartar sauce. Please enjoy the luxurious flavor created by the fragrant grilled crab cake, crisp vegetables, and refreshing sauce.

Homemade Sausage with Dry-Aged Beef
Our homemade bratwurst, a favorite at our Brooklyn, New York main branch, is now available. We generously use USDA Prime Beef, dry-aged for a long period in our in-house aging room, and carefully hand-stuff each sausage into natural pork casings. This satisfying approximately 200g sausage boasts a rich aroma and juicy flavor that spreads with every bite. The special mustard enhances the deliciousness of the dry-aged beef, and it pairs perfectly with Luger Lager or red wine.
