T-bone steak
Peter Luger's T-bone steak. We carefully select and purchase beef from the highest grade of prime grade beef graded by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) using discerning techniques that have been passed down from generation to generation.
The beef that is flown in chilled is aged for over a month using a unique aging method in a dedicated aging room in the store. Aging increases the flavor and aroma and makes the meat more tender. The fully aged meat is cut around the edges, sprinkled with salt, and seared on the surface in a special oven called a broiler to lock in the flavor.
Cut the meat and put it back in the broiler on the plate with the melted butter. Bake for a few minutes and then bring to your guests' tables. The steak served through this long process has a unique flavor that becomes more delicious the more you bite into it.

Peter Luger's hamburger patties are made with the same prime-grade aged beef and fresh red meat as our steaks. You can enjoy the taste of lean meat and the flavor of aged meat without using any fillers. The surface is crispy and the meat juices flow out the moment you bite into it. It is served as a lunch menu in the dining room, but you can enjoy it all day at the bar on the first floor.

Private label red wine is an essential part of Peter Luger's diet. We use low-yield grapes from the western slopes of Oakville in the heart of Napa Valley. Everything from cultivation to brewing is carefully done by hand. Enjoy the flavors typical of Oakville, including a strong structure, supple tannins, and complex flavors.

Boutique
On the first floor of Peter Luger, there is a boutique selling original products. We sell aged beef served in the store as raw meat. We also have American desserts such as NY cheesecake and key lime pie, as well as tableware with original logos that allow you to recreate Peter Luger at home. We also accept take-out food sales with advance reservations (online reservation).
USDA Prime Beef
Only meat selected according to the standards established by NY Family is airlifted in from the United States every week. We use meat that has been aged for at least 28 days under controlled humidity and temperature. The signature steak, burger patty, and original bacon served at the restaurant are sold raw.

Bar
There is a bar on the first floor from the entrance through the reception. In addition to classic cocktails such as the "Bloody Mary", which is an original cocktail from the NY main store and accented with Ruger sauce, we also offer German beer, which is the root of the NY family. We offer "Cosmopolitan," which has a gorgeous appearance, and "New York," which is irresistible for whiskey lovers. In addition to bar-only snacks, you can also enjoy the grand menu offered in the dining room. You can of course enjoy an aperitif at the bar to meet up, or you can come directly to the bar without making a reservation. Enjoy our popular cocktails at Cocktail Hour from 5pm to 7pm daily.
